3. Services Provided
Dijotise offers the following services:

Social Media Marketing
Website Design and Development
Branding & Content Creation
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
Scope of Work: Each project will have a defined scope shared in writing. Any work outside of this will be considered additional and may incur extra charges.
Limitations: We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., search engine ranking or follower count), as these depend on several external factors.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information required for the services.
Deliver any necessary content or approvals within agreed timelines.
Ensure they have legal rights to any materials (e.g., logos, images) they provide.
5. Payment Terms
Payment structure (fixed/hourly/milestone-based) will be defined in each agreement.
Advance payment is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.
Refunds are not guaranteed once work has started unless stated in the agreement.
All taxes, if applicable, will be borne by the client.
6. Revisions & Approvals

10. Termination & Cancellation
Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ written notice.
If terminated early, the client agrees to pay for work completed up to that point.
Dijotise reserves the right to cancel service in case of non-compliance or payment failure.
11. Warranties & Disclaimers
Dijotise makes no guarantees of specific business results or performance.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from service use.
The services are provided “as-is” without any warranties unless stated in writing.
12. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold Dijotise harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from:
Use of client-provided materials (e.g., copyright violations)
Misuse of services or deliverables
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction under the courts of Brahmapur, Odisha.
14. Amendments
Dijotise reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
